4.2 Refund Policy (7-Day Window) You may be eligible for a full refund for a purchase for up to seven (7) days from the date of purchase, provided that the service has not already been provided or initiated. A service is considered "initiated" if any preparatory work has begun, a treatment has been scheduled, or the service has been partially or fully delivered.
4.3 Duplicate Purchases In the event you make a duplicate purchase of the same package (e.g., a $37 or $127 package), you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge. This refund will only be processed upon your explicit request. If no refund is requested, the Company will assume the duplicate purchase was made intentionally, for instance, as a purchase on behalf of another individual.
4.4 Requests Outside 7-Day Window (Service Credit) If a refund is requested after the 7-day window specified in Section 4.2, you will no longer be eligible for a monetary refund. Instead, you will retain a service credit for the amount paid, which may be applied toward a future treatment or service. This service credit must be redeemed within six (6) months from the original purchase date, after which it will expire and hold no value.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Service to: a) Violate any local, state, national, or international law. b) Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information. c) Harass, abuse, defame, or harm another person. d) Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Website or Service. e) Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scripts) to access the Service or collect information.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
